I was very pleasantly surprised by this spa! I was a little bit sceptical at first because there weren’t many reviews and some weren’t great but overall it was really good! I got the acne facial and it was so relaxing, the girl who did mine was really nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend coming here and plan on going in again soon

I’ve been coming to this Spa for many years. They’ve helped me with my severe myalgia that was hard to get to due to my back being numb from nerve damage. Their full body massages are fantastic heated beds and great prices. I also have had the salt scrub it’s like a salt massage then a shower. I’ve had a European facial it was pretty good but I’ve never had any other facial so I cannot compare. I’ve had Brazilian waxing here also. The owner is great, she’s caring and you feel like she try’s to make you feel welcome in this cozy little place. Make reservations early especially if you have multiple people. But you’ll be satisfied for sure. :) Thanks guy’s.

It was ny birthday yesterday and my daughter wanted to take me for a spa day . I started looking up the different spas in the area and called orbi. To my supeise they told me we both could come in for facials and massages same day last minute appointments!!! Our facials were incredible and the massages were too. Thank you for making my birthday a very special one

I went for the ear candling which costs 40. I thought it was pricey too, but really wanted to try! The service was good, however not until the end I was disappointed! When I asked if anything was removed from my ear and if I could see it they said nothing! I expressed that I didn't feel like it did anything at all and they couldn't provide any evidence that they did make any changes! So I was feeling a little upset and the lady kindly offered to talk to the owner. This is where it got bad, the owner wasn't able to provide any customer service at all! I received no answers to the questions I was asking, even after expressing that for the cost I feel they should at least explain what was suppose to happen, which she couldn't explain. The owner never once offered me to return and receive the service again since it didn't work. She offered nothing other than kind of a rude response to me. I defiantly did NOT feel like a valued customer and unfortunately will never be returning solely because of how horrible the customer service was provided from the owner! very unfortunate especially for the lady who was trying to help and who was the only one who actually offered an apology. Not a good first experience.

The longest express pedicure ever. I don’t have callouss and my nails only needed straightening. When I was asked if I wanted my nails cut I said NO. Only make even. I write to say it’s been a month after this pedicure and Still have sore toes. The woman cut making new corners close to skin and some toes hurt in shoes.
