Excellent customer service. I called in the morning after being recommended to them and was able to bring in my son's phone right away. They fixed the screen in a few hours and I was able to pick it up before end of school. Very polite and friendly. The guys were very personable. Prices are extremely reasonable- also inquired about getting my laptop checked out and will be going back for that soon. They carry older model phones in store so if you break your fav phone, they might even carry one so you don't have to buy a newer model- was excited to see that as our house has broken a few over the years and weren't as happy with the newer ones. Great store! Glad other people recommended them to us.

Camp Good Dog

Last week i thought I needed to replace my iphone 7 after a golden retriever puppy carried it to the backyard and broke the screen protector. 'Penny' the puppy turned off the volume with her teeth so it was out there awhile and people could not hear me clearly when I made calls out. Corey, Lance and Joseph could have charged me to repair the microphone or sold me new phones but they said it was a fido problem and it was. the sim card just needed replacing. These guys are honest!!!! And their used iphones survive unintended dog fetch. Deb Wolfe.

I have an older desktop computer that had been acting up, as most pc's tend to do as time goes on. Having no idea of where to find a good repair facility, I turned to Google and discovered \Mr. Fix\ was closer to home, and came very highly rated by other customers. I am so glad I decided to take a chance, and I brought in my machine. Barry provided outstanding service. He was so polite, courteous and professional, and ended up updating my pc to being literally better than brand new! Our computers are so important, and it feels just great that from this point onward, I would never even consider going anywhere else for repairs and upgrades. I highly recommend this business, and again, I am so thankful to Barry for taking such great care of me for a very reasonable price. Well done!

Truly the best place in town! I went in because my laptop screen went blue and a recovery thing came up. The gentleman I dealt with was kind, and answered my questions in a way that I understood and didn’t feel talked down to. The service was fast and I was just as satisfied as when I got the laptop. 5/5, will definitely bring my devices here again and will recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again guys!
