I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I took my computer in for some upgrades and they told me it would be about 5 days. I got my computer back the same day. I also paid for a cleaning and my machine is glistening, every nook and cranny cleaned. My baby is now immaculate!

Mike's has no problem selling defective items than skirting responsibility for it. They refuse to acknowledge the several hundred I spent on a defective item they sold me and are shifting responsibility and not honoring their promises. Best be safe and not do business with them, save yourself some grief and money.

Dealt with Jamie the other day when I visited. Had a problem, thought I had a solution figured out for, but I'm terrible with computers so I thought I'd bounce my ideas off of these guys because I was in the area. They let me ask my silly questions and had the solution that was right for me at a price I couldn't argue with. Great guys, will definitely be returning.

I called about purchase of a webcam. Told them I was disabled and could not walk. I asked if they could accommodate me with the purchase and I was turned down. Sorry to say, not “Disablilty Friendly”. Makes life difficult for those of us who are crippled.
