This is the second time I’ve called MeadowRidge plumbing and I am extremely pleased with the work done. Keith was dispatched one day after calling for a booking and that’s just awesome. Keith showed up exactly on time and got straight to work. He is incredibly professional and very personable. A few tasteful jokes here and there and before you know it he’s cleaning up and writing the bill. Speaking of the bill it was very fairly priced as it was the last time. I will never call any other plumber I’ve found my local gem! All you aspiring plumbers would do well to hand in a resume as the staff here are very happy and it reflects in the work and presentation. And no there was zero plumbers crack!

Wow! Everything about this company is by far hands down the Best! From my first call in to Dawn who slotted me in at the next available appointment and stayed in touch with me throughout - thanks Dawn! Then on to Rich for my quote along with much appreciated info which landed me with my decision on which company I would choose to re pipe my entire home. The guys were so in touch during the entire job, they all just clicked and knew exactly who was where and what was what. Keith fixed a leak that was in a very challenging spot that another plumber told me was too difficult to do and even though the challenge was a real pain, he got the job done and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I am now a loyal customer. I would highly recommend them if you want good, honest, reliable work.

I had an appointment with Keith to come to my house in Maple Ridge on Tuesday this week. He didn’t show up and I called Meadowridge and I was informed that they don’t see my appointment in the system. The appt was booked last week, several days in advance. Then they called me back snd informed me that he will be there at 11 AM and he finally showed up and reviews the work to be done , informs us that he will send us a quote in a day and the work will take a day to be done . No quote or call back and no one is picking the phone in the company . Incredibly unprofessional and bizarre way of doing business. If you do not have the capability to install new piping etc or don’t like extensive work simply let us know . You have wasted my time when I could have hired someone else’s service.

Had MRPG replace our poly b pipes. 25 year old, 3 level fully finished home. They did a great job. Crew was efficient and certainly knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend.
