Since I joined in March of 2019, I lost 20 lbs! My confidence has improved immensely. The level of teaching is great & second to none and my level of Jiu- Jitsu has gone up because you get to roll with all belts levels and everyone teaches you along the way. My favourite thing about the class is the intense warm ups and at the end of the day that keeps you safe and able to roll!

The atmosphere is very welcoming, questions to whomever is coaching are encouraged and always met with detailed answers and everyone is willing to help where they can. From my first class I felt welcome and it was evident that the whole team gets after it each class. Marcus has such a deep understanding of all aspects of jiu jitsu that he can disect the most intricate techniques in just second.
