Wish I could give them a negative star they are the worst place to work if you work here you might as well kiss any final pay goodbye because you will never see it. They will allow past staff to wait so long for final pay it makes them homeless...honestly if your wanting work go else where so you don't get treated like just another number

Quality of care has gone up since we have had new management step in. Once Covid conditions are lifted I am sure it will be a better place all around.
Companionship, housekeeping, meals activities, air-conditioned suites, nurse-served medication. Housekeeping: Making bed, laundry, bathroom. New, just 10 years old, landscaped yard. Just about the best location - close to town. 24/7 nurse care. Live entertainment often. Around the clock coffee access. There is a theatre, library and exercise facility. Final words: GREAT!
To begin with I had a bad fall in my kitchen. I woke and laughed when I found myself on the floor. I realized from that day I was ready to get help. I got a walker. That was the beginning. I knew of 3 different senior's homes. I thought that being near to my relatives was the best decision. I am not sorry I chose this place. The people are great helpers. The food is great (thank goodness no more cooking!) I love the service and people providing help.
My mother had only a few months in independent living at the Maple Ridge Seniors Village before she passed. But that was enough time to get to know the facility and team. •\tThe professionalism of the front end staff when we toured and signed contracts. They spoke to her with such warmth. •\tShe was nervous of the transition and said she would probably just stay in her suite. That changed quickly when she slowly started to attend the events, music nights, game nights. The recreational team who knew she loved bridge, put it out there and arranged a foursome that played until 10:30pm “laughing at nothing”. How she loved it. As a family we attended many events that were fun and organized. •\tThe comfort level of the building – so clean, a hotel feel. •\tWhen she first fell, the care aides who checked on her as if she was their mother. •\tKnowing Mom was safe. They have a clockwork system to make sure their residents are accounted for and secure. We have absolutely no regrets about her time spent here. I can’t thank the team enough.
