I recommend Craig highly! We purchased an old townhome and we fully renovated 1 bathroom and added 1bathroom as well as a plumbed in coffee maker. This is a phased job as we did tiling and drywalling ourselves. Working with Craig was absolute perfection. He never said it can’t be done and was an excellent resource and a totally upbeat and awesome plumber. His quotes were accurate, his work impeccable and his demeanour was exceptional. Had a water main rupture on Friday evening and on Saturday morning Craig was there to fix it. Great service with a high energy positive approach. Price was very reasonable as well. I will only call these folks from now on when we get plumbing woes. Thanks again!! Mike
We had just bought a older Townhouse & started the renovations in stages & had Maple Ridge Plumber come in & meet us & discuss what needed to be done. Craig with Maple Ridge Plumber was great to deal with, as we had him come in to move & redo our plumbing in our Kitchen so we could start the Kitchen renovations & then we had him come back & change our hot water tack & add a tray & then had him come back again to remove & redo all the plumbing in the Bathroom & remove the bathtub & set up the plumbing for a big walk in shower & bathroom vanity, & then we had him come back to hook up our dishwasher & install our under the counter kitchen sink & then we had him come back to install the shower base & new toilet & hook up the new bathroom sink. He had our house keys & came in when we needed him to do his work to fit our renovation schedule. Maple Ridge Plumber was very so great to deal with & very professional at what they did for us & they did all this at a great price & their work comes with a warranty. I would highly recommend Maple Ridge Plumber, as Craig & his team do a great job.
I had to replace a hot water tank and called up Craig from Maple Ridge Plumber. He was able to give me a quote on the phone and came in to replace it the very next morning. Unbelievable customer service, no hidden fees or surprises and all his work is guaranteed; if there's any issues he will come back and deal with it! I called around to about 10 different businesses and Craig was the most reasonably priced. He's been in business for 10 years and Craig was super friendly and professional. I love supporting local family businesses and I would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing help.
We recently had some plumbing work that needed to be done and decided to call Maple Ridge Plumber based on a recommendation. Their professional team impressed me by taking the time to answering all of my questions over the phone. They also offering to set up a free consultation on the same day which we appreciated. On arrival they examined my piping and offered a reasonable quote which we accepted. Bottom line is we were extremely pleased with the plumbing work they did.
