I contacted Mancorp about my Generac pressure washer in early May - it would not start up after a season in the garage. I was looking for a place to take it for service after doing everything I thought possible to get it started. I spoke with Rick (I think) in the parts/service department and he spent at least 5 minutes with me on the phone walking me through a process of how I might get it started. He didn't blow off any of my questions and was nothing but helpful. What he described to me worked like a charm - saved me time and money. 2 thumbs up!

Called there today do to my landa 3000 hot machine being broke and in the corner for 10 years. Thought was going to be expensive fix due to size of electric motor. So todaY broke down n called them today. Talked to a guy in service department. That guy took the time to talk to me wich most people dont. Less than five minutes. My machine was running. So being a buisness owner he made my day. You got a buisness need a machine or service. They are the ones to contact
I gave this review 5 stars inspite of my brief trip there, but considering how great the service was and the few real damning reviews they've had, I'm not sure they're all warranted. As business owners no one's perfect and dealing with certain customers is at times never worth the headache. I had a vital piece on a powerwasher of mine break and New Line sent me to Mancorp, the lady at the front desk and the owner Neil were very polite and eager to help. Their mechanic Vic took time out of his schedule to explain to me issues I had and came up with a fix for my machine when I was in a bind and provided advice to make sure it didn't happen again.. I was polite and appreciative and got nothing but informative and quick solutions and the same attitude back. I owe you guys.
I have had nothing but problems in dealing with Mancorp for over 5 years and I have spent a lot of money there!!! All my problem range from small to big ones... 1.\tWhen faced with a real problem they run…I.E the owner of the company told me to sale the machines that his company just sold me with warranty because they could not fix them!! Do they believe in the product they are selling you??? 2.\tWhen faced with day to day problems they cannot find salutations or just fix the problems 3.\tThey are a middle man, so a lot of their parts they have to bring in. which means long wait periods 4.\tThey forget to do things, like send you parts and supplies that you need!!! Time and time again… You’re only as good as your slowest person. 5.\tPeople in the company seem to be unhappy and not fun to deal with… customer service right out the window. I have to say I do not know how this company stays in business... I really have had nothing but problems with this company for over 5 years now and they have done nothing to try to make it easier or better. That right there tells me a lot about someone and or a company!!! I have moved on but I still have to deal with them on something's as they are the only dealer for the lower mainland… and trust me I have tried to change that to!!! I do not recommend using Mancorp.
Tried to book and get my pressure washer looked at and repaired, but no real sense of urgency on their side to come and get it and repair it. Bill states \Its their busy time of the year you know\. Called on a Monday, its now Thursday, and they still have not picked it up. Ridiculous! Yes, I understand that its \a busy time of the year\, hence why I need the pressure washer fixed!!! I guess they are doing so well, that they dont need my business. I have gone elsewhere for services. Don't waste your time with these guys unless its the middle of winter and you dont need to use your pressure washer for a few months, and dont really care how quick you get it back.
