Taylor was extremely helpful. She spent nearly an hour helping me try on different running and trail shoes. I had no idea what kind of shoes I needed but she was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way which was easy to understand. I learned a lot and left with a great pair of shoes that fit perfectly.
I kept my word as a highly educated ex-lawman to give high praises to Sagar and Cody who helped me reset velcro straps on my Donjoy knee brace. You guys are awesome and nothing but the best, and your boss needs to know your value and worth praises. Thank you Rock stars.

I dropped into the Maple Ridge Kintec store, without an appointment, not realizing this is now recommended. For obvious reasons. Both Keiler and Cody were happy to assist until the next appointment was scheduled to arrive and continued after it was finished. I never felt rushed and the service and expertise provided was excellent. Retail is a tough business and I appreciated all this and the friendly attitude as well . I'll definitely be back and can recommend to anyone.
