Receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. Timely mental health access is a joke here. Hospital and GP directed me here after allergic reaction to meds prescribed by doctor here and no one would let me speak to a doctor and when forwarded to a case manager no one would answer the phone.

So impressed with the nurse that gave my boy his shots. Took the time to explain everything. Didn't rush. Was very good at her job. Took the time to help cheer him up after too!!! Very happy.
