Had a pre-purchase inspection done here. I'm out of town, had the seller drop it off, piece of cake. Paul took his time going over everything with me over the phone. To my surprise, he caught on that the mileage had been manipulated. Although the service was done and paid for yesterday, he went out of his way to reach out and let me know about it.
