This store is amazing! I wish as a person who has visited this store many times in the past that I could comment on some of the not so shining reviews. The owners are super caring and their staff is professional. I hope this will help to get your ratings up because you deserve it for all your hard work for many of years.

Just tried to shop there and was greeted by covid19 paranoia ..plexiglass and mandatory masks signs all over outside and inside the store... i recommend the other adult store in maple ridge which does not have this nonsense.,, with respect try doing a bit of research... as of today 203 people have died from covid19 total in B.C (mostly in care homes) out of a population of 5.000.000...the odds you dying for covid 19 is % 0.004059999 ..the odds are better you get hit by lightning.... Note- this is in response to the owners message who is uninformed.. facts matter

The beautiful young redhead went above and beyond what we expected when we had a toy stop working. She was a wonderful help and we look forward to going back for more play toys and to see you smiling face.

The store is lacking, for a Fantasy Factory. My issue is with the service. The girl who served us became so agitated when having to unbox and test the toy we were buying, that she actually told us NOT to buy it. Her own lack of patience for loading batteries into a vibrator caused the store to lose out on a sale. On top of that, she implied that my boyfriend might steal, and was just generally unpleasant. Fantasy Factory should consider hiring some cute, bubbly sales girls instead of the miserable chubby, gothic ones.
