Excellent and easy from the first call. We called and asked to see three photos of a similar carpet to what we were replacing. We chose one and paid over the phone. A few days later the most excellent installer arrived, full COVID protocols, clean polite sincere and tidy, and by noonish he was gone. It was a small job but we did not feel like a small customer. Very happy.
