When you look for help in a profession where you don’t have experience , you would think , an accountant in this case, would walk you through issues and ask all the appropriate questions. I used Cloud nine accounting, thinking this would be the case. It was a long process. It got to the point where all the owner Paul wanted , was his money for work which I thought wasn’t very thorough and unfinished. I had questions, to which Paul’s reply was “I would have to charge you more if you have too many questions. He did not have my interest in heart. I would never use or recommend him for any accounting.I went to his office to discuss my file . His secretary said said he was gone for the day, when he knew I was coming. I saw him in his office from the road. He has no professionalism what so ever. I would “ never”recommend him.Bad Service!!!!!!!
