Our hot water tank stopped working in the middle of a long weekend. We called Big Valley first thing Tuesday morning. The tech was here installing a new tank before 10:30! The work was done quickly, the area left clean. The service was so friendly and efficient. They are our go-to first call! Highly recommend this company.

Big Valley replaced our hot water tank. They were able to fit us in within 24 hours. Very polite, respectful and friendly. Excellent covid precautions and wore masks the whole time. Very happy with their service!
I spoke with one of the staff or owners today who was kind enough to give me a call to have a conversation with me about one of my own installations.
