dont waste your time and money here . I did 5 trial and never success , hard to see doctor and the nurses has no other intervention after each trial was failed. I am very disappointed

So far we've had amazing experiences over the past year at both Vaughan and Newmarket locations. We had mild issues in the very beginning with a receptionist not booking things that she ssid she did, but she is now gone so no issues there! Dr Gurau has been nothing short of fantastic, informative and compassionate. Being undiagnosed and not taken seriously for years came to an end at Procrea. We have not yet been successful in maintaining pregnancy but we have a great team with these guys and we're very happy! Thank you everyone at Procrea Newmarket and Vaughan.
In the beginning staff was great and knowledgeable but after all appointments were made and everything was said and done we haven’t heard back... We have been waiting months to find out about what our next steps are. No one knows anything, files misplaced, doctors not returning calls. This has been a very stressful experience!
They nurses are generally responsive and I didn’t have the same negative experience as others yet. But cycle monitoring do cost 200.00, but if you go to another fertility clinic. They won’t charge this admin fee at all. So if money is a concern, I probably won’t select this clinic. Overall it’s clean and the staff is friendly, I’ve only had 1-2 incidents out of 10 where they didn’t provide same day results. But I know they did read the email....
The receptionist rudely hung up on the phone and wouldn’t answer when we called back... bad customer service.
