I frequent this place, usually solid 4 star. Today picked up 12 piece meal... the meat had sour smell and almost soapy like taste. Worse in the dark meat. The manager replaced it... but even the new batch was the same. I tried calling many times to convey this info but no answer, which is why I am leaving this review. I hope the manager quality checks RIGHT NOW, as I purchased it less then 30min ago. I hope this is a one off experience and I hope this will be a contribution for better quality...I don't intend it to be hurtful. Although I ended throwing away 24 chicken pieces this time (for my own health and safety)... I am willing to give this place another try. Because mistakes do happen and this place has been great over the years. Lastly, I appreciate the professional way manager handled this matter.

I recieved my four piece box of deliciousness literally 20 seconds after I ordered. Sweet Sweet succulent chicken.
Our first time at this location. Social distancing was evident, the restaurant clean and staff was friendly. Our order was on time and the taste was as expected. The biscuits are amazing with the spicy chicken. Love that chicken from Popeyes!
I visited this location with my toddler around lunchtime today. The person in front of me placed a fairly large order (15 ish combos) which was fine. My order was ready quickly but I wasn’t able to use the fountain drink machine as the person with the large order was filling all their cups. My toddler was having a meltdown so I asked the counter staff if there was an alternative drink option and they said I had to pay an additional 1.39 for a bottle. I tried to wait but my little one wasn’t having it so I caved and paid extra. No one seemed sympathetic and the customer in front of me was completely oblivious. The counter staff should have helped me find a solution that didn’t result in my paying more money. We all should be aware of those around us. I won’t be visiting this location again.
Very nice staff! The best place for halal fried chicken. I been there so many times and have a very good experience everytime. Highly recommended!
