Initially, we had planned to make this purchase without using a real estate agent; however, after the non-stop insistent recommendation by a close friend that we engage Tom Hunter of Manor Windsor Realty Ltd., my partner and I could not be happier that we followed such recommendation (and it is now obvious why our friend was so annoyingly insistent). My partner and I have a great deal of experience with real estate transactions. Based on our experience, Tom Hunter is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. We would NOT think of buying or selling real estate in the Windsor Ont. area without engaging Tom Hunter...we only wish that Tom Hunter was able help us with real estate matters in Toronto.
