Went in on friday, did not get greeted by anyone I walked through the store did not have anyone come and ask if I needed help. I flagged someone down to get a size to try on and the sales associate a young man had no helpful information when I asked questions it almost seemed like I was bothering him or he had better things to do... I purchased a pair of boots and absolutely love them! Just wish store staff were friendly and helpful like the staff in cross iron mall.
