I have had such a rough time with pharmacists, medical receptionists, doctors and nurses over the last 3 months. Speaking to the receptionist here namwd SANDEEP was such a relief. Her prompt, easy to communicate and extremely efficient work ethic left me with a dose of positive energy in such a negative time. THANK YOU!

The receptionist was extremely rude and clear communication was lacking during the entire experience. To give her the benefit of the doubt, English isn't her first language. Despite that, tone was beyond disrespectful. I understand that it's important to be strict during COVID, yet it's not that difficult to show some basic human decency when speaking with others. I give it two stars because the experience with the physician wasn't bad.

I visited this clinic with my son today morning. Front desk receptionist was very professional, quite and well behaved. She was very thorough with her work. I really like her attitude and doctor was very professional as well.

I've been to this clinic twice now. Once, a few weeks ago right before they closed. Having waited at another Urgent Care Centre, the secretary there called Malton to let them know I was coming. I was seen by a friendly, older male doctor who was apologetic about their computers being down. He heard me out & performed a quick diagnostic test. Today, I wanted a similar reassurance so I drove over before 11am. There were two people in the waiting room and the receptionist registered me right away after verifying my health card over the phone. She confirmed there were 2 ahead of me. Immediately, one person was taken and they basically cycled a person in as soon as a patient left through a second nurse who was seated in the back area. I probably saw the doctor in less than 15 minutes. This time, it was a younger female doctor with long red hair, wearing scrubs. She was very efficient, polite and friendly. She quickly made her notes and got to giving me a test. She was professional and wished me a good day on my way out. Very personable. This location is a bit out of the way for me, but I'd totally go back if needed.

I've been coming here for years. Moved out of Malton and now in Brampton, still come here. There is one doctor I really like. A young African Canadian lady. She is so nice. Will inform you and answer whatever questions you may have. She doesn't rush you. Dr. Gayapershad, very nice and informative. I did not feel rushed during my visit. The ladies at the desk....wouldn't hurt to be friendlier sometimes.

June 30th: showed up at 9:45am in order to be first (or near the front) of the queue. The receptionist/nurse took my prescreening call at 9:48am. I was first on the list. I then sat waiting for the “doctor” to call me (covid times). At 10:53am I still had not heard from the “doctor” and the nurse/receptionist wanted to send me to another location. All I need is an X-ray on a child’s wrist. What a pathetic excuse for an “Urgent Cate Clinic”. Apparently the “doctor” on call is named Marta. Disgustingly disappointing representation of the medical field.

Worst wait times! What is the point of booking an appointment if I am just going to wait 2 hours until I see someone!!!!!!!! Please do better! People are in pain and have lives to get to when is the wait so long ?

Went twice this week for myself and my daughter, they had us in and out within 30 minutes both times. The doctors were very efficient and friendly with my little one! Would 1000% recommend. Never busy in the late afternoon on weekdays!
