Excellent customer service. Website easy to navigate. Order easy to process. Updated clearly by email. Order prepared very quickly (within 24h). When you call to pick up your order the staff are incredibly pleasant to speak with and bring order out immediately. Items are well-packaged, of excellent quality, and smell great. Cool shop featuring a variety of homeware goods produced by local artists and craftspeople. A bit of everything for everyone makes it worth a visit to peruse and browse around even if a purchase is not intended. Definitely come out of with an appreciation for hand crafts and the local community.

Maker House Co is my go-to place for unique, hand crafted and local gifts that help to support artists in the community, in the city, in the province and in our country. Always a good mix of food/drink gifts, art, cards and so many other things there. Supporting a place like this, especially during the pandemic, is so important. Curbside pick up was super easy, and when they re-open, the store is well kept and always has great gift ideas for you. Staff are friendly - I hope you guys keep up all the great work during this really challenging time!

A superb business with a terrific selection of Canadian made products. Customer service is excellent. I bought a yo-yo from them and the string broke after one day. When I got in touch with them, they offered to replace the yo-yo. Gotta love the small business people standing by their wares. A
