I began using MYAH in 2006 shortly after I furnished my basement suite in Vancouver. Initially, I occasionally used Craig's List intermittently but, found that MYAH reduces the stress of renting and I have gotten the BEST referrals through them! I've used them exclusively for the past 10 years. I recommend MYAH to friends looking for short-term accommodations and also to owners with suites in their homes. I have also referred \good\ Craig's List inquirers to MYAH when I could't accommodate requested dates. (Many have replied and thanked me profusely.) The MYAH staff is very knowledgeable about neighbourhoods, market pricing/!trends and they keep track of who I am and the particulars of my listing. They are skilled, helpful, and courteous while managing demands from renters and owners with detailed attention (even with tact and humour!)
