Caretaker is an angry alcoholic crack head always yelling at tenants withholds mail and resident cheques puts down people on welfare and should not be running a building he is lazy the place is a filthy mess almost as bad as the bellmoral or the regent horrible place avoid until they get a new caretaker one of the worst in dtes that man should be in jail and fired
