We got our basement spray foamed and I could not believe how accommodating Conrad was with scheduling the job for us. Cory and Lennie came out and did an awesome job of applying and cleaning up the house when they were finished. They had to come back to finish, they took their time and applied the foam properly. We had a couple of colder nights right after they finished, it was a good test of the insulation. The house is so much warmer. I would recommend Magnus construction for your spray foam job. The price was competitive and I read up on the product they used and I believe it is better than some competitors offer. Thank you

We had Magnus construction repair the base of our grain bins and they did an exceptional job. Very knowledgeable of the spray on products and how they would hold up over time. Everything was as agreed and the staff were good young guys who did an awesome job. We would definitely hire them back in the future.
Conrad and the crew were really accommodating. They brought the attic insulation in the new home we'd bought up to R50. They blew it in through a long hose that came in our upper window, through the master bedroom and up into the attic. Slick, simple and clean. Beautiful job for a good price
Spoke to Conrad in regards to some insulation for a project. Was very professional and responded in a timely manner not to mention was priced almost HALF of the big box stores per bundle of insulation. Will definitely be back for any and all projects from here on out! Save yourself some money and support local.
I had my 16 cube truck walls and ceiling spray foamed. Conrad showed and explained all the differences in the foam he sells , making sure we had the best for my application. The finished product looks amazing and exceeded my expectations. Very smooth and professional. Highly recommended.
Conrad was great. I kept moving the date that he could do the job. I had to get work done in the attic before insulation could be blown in. He kept me informed of possible dates to do the work. Finally I was ready. The crew arrived and we discussed what I wanted done. Tom, the fellow doing the work was very likeable. He finished the job, I inspected the final product and I felt that the job was well done. The price was very competitive. Very satisfied with the entire process. I would recommend Magnus Construction to do your attic any day.
