Had Magic Wand come in to clean my carpets the other day. I can honestly say I had doubts about some of the pet stains on my carpet, but they were able to get them all out. Magical! Price was good, showed up between time frame specified and the service person was professional and quick. Will use them again for sure.

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. These guys are frauds. They charged my credit card without my authorization. They said they sent me an invoice, which I never received. Without going into detail, they charged me for a service that I NEVER agreed to (even though they said I gave verbal authorization - to which, I didn't). The only reason I knew that they charged me was that I noticed it on my credit card statement. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to get the charges reversed. Just be warned.....this company has the WORST customer service, with absolutely NO integrity. DON'T USE MAGIC WAND SPRUCE GROVE!!!!
Lynn was very helpful to arrange carpet & house cleaning for our new house. We were moving from our of province, and arranged to have realtor let them in to have our house ready for when we got here. We were VERY disappointed to see that the carpets had been cleaned without vacuuming first. The debris, dust and bits of crayon were streamed over top of (but still clean according to owner) And the cleaners never showed up. It took two of us 10 hours to clean the house - not what we had in mind after a 2 days drive with two little kids. I have read another comment on BBB about out of province customer being very disappointed as well. (trend?). We never got an explanation. If something had happened that they couldn't make it on the Friday (sick?), they could have also rescheduled for the Saturday. There was zero attempt to make any of this right. I guess with all services, use caution - but if there is a clean that you really need reliable service for (ie move in or out) - I would search elsewhere.
