Fast and efficient service, delivered with the necessary covid-19 precautions taken. And prices were reasonable too. We went for citizenship/passport/pr photos. Definitely, a good place to go to for hassle-free quick photos.

We took family Christmas photos at Upper Canada Mall in November. The photographer explained everything, gave clear instructions and was professional and bubbly which made us smile and laugh. The photos looked beautiful and the lighting was good. What we were not impressed with: A bit pricey. The props cater more to children. They need to invest in a better Christmas tree and props for adults. The tree they have is miniature with scanty props. They only had one change room with a very dusty mirror. We felt like the photographer needed an assistant to help her to ensure our pose was good etc. Also the photographer should had taken more photos for us to choose from. Overall, we are please with the service.
This was our first ever family shoot and Deanna and Julia killed it. This was very difficult with a 1 year old who was cranky but these two awesome ladies made it possible. Made it fun. Made it safe. Everything was perfect thanks to them. We will be back!

Each picture that we chose during the consultation session was perfectly balanced for the Business package that we required. Over the years I have done so many different photo sittings but nothing compared to your session in terms of professionalism and creating such a memorable experience. We recently had a Xmas session photo shoot done at this Magenta location. The staff and photographer were extremely kind, prepared, and professional. They really made an effort to ensure we got a good variety of photos. They were also not pushy about us ordering prints and allowed us to select what we wanted. We will definitely come back to this location and we definitely recommend their services.
The team at Magenta Upper Canada was amazing! They took incredible family photos and were extremely patient with our 1-year-old son! They were so sweet and got him to smile in so many pictures. We will definitely be using this studio again.
The staff made our experience super easy! They were amazing with my children, and explained the process every step of the way. We will definitely be returning!
