The service was great, they took a lot of care regarding COVID measures, not too many people in the place. But above all, their expertise and pricing was excellent. The staff know what they are talking about, and can suggest the best purchase for what the person is looking for. I would suggest you just shop here, they have what you need and wont sell you anything that is not for your winter habits!

We went to Brador a few weeks ago to buy a woman's coat, 2 pair of boots, gloves, etc. We made an appointment with Josie, who was waiting for us and helped us for more than 1 hour. She was extremely helpful, giving us lots of good advices and information about their products, Montreal winters and how to dress properly, since this will be our first winter living here. I’d recommend making this appointment through their website before your visit. The shop is huge and they have everything you may need for winter, with good quality and reasonable prices. It’s a bit far away from downtown, but it’s possible to arrive there by bus (it stops almost in front of the door of Brador).

Finally! Visited this store a while ago. True to the majority of reviews. Personally, my overall experience is satisfactory and let me tell you why. Firstly, upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman who I belive is the store owner. Asked about what I needed and mostly told him about my tight budget. No worries because when you're on a budget looking for winter everything. This is the right place to be. I end up buying two winter jackets and with free bonnet. I will definitely visit this place again.
