Dan and the other folks at Mad fixtures are great. They won my confidence in the delivery of a sinister service compounded by the vivid understanding of their work. They showed up when I needed them most. I appreciate having contacted Dan the previous day but was keen to schedule meeting me at my residential far off Ontario. With the art of service, Mad fixtures will always install and service my elevators. The availability of almost all elevator accessories such as control panels, access buttons and a well refined breed of elevator interiors in their shop always gives me the confidence that all will be well. In their last visit to my house, they were keen to identify the problem with one of my lifts within the first glance!
My elevator control system had a problem. However, with my workmate’s recommendation to Mad fixtures, I got the problem fixed. Through it was late in the evening when I got the advice; an immediate response was given by Mr. X who came to my house. I knew I would be stranded for long but when I found him at my door step, I knew my problem would be sorted immediately. With the control system replaced, I can now freely access my fifth floor condominium with much ease. From that day, I’ve never had any issue with the elevator. Thanks to Mad fixtures for the fast response and good work done: my access buttons and doors function excellently. Am happy that my hustles with the elevator were sorted affordably.
