Exceptional customer service! Went above and beyond with the purchase and delivery of a wicker sofa set. Every interaction from my initial inquiry call with Alyssa to the delivery was pleasant and timely.
The staff are always friendly and when I present an out of the box problem they work together and have always provided a practical solution. They are not afraid to recomend an alternate solution at another business. I am so impressed.
Not impressed. The cashier was kind of rude. She grabbed the money like ahe was mad. I understand people are stressed these days but being rude is not necessary.
Cashier was very helpful in procuring my item. So pleased.
