Was planning on buying from another store, but they tried to scalp me after I pointed out their prices weren't as advertised on their sale. Bob from Mach 1 picked up on that and offered me the same gun. Granted they were sold out at the time, but he offered me the display model for a discount. He tested it and sent photos to me before I placed the order. The time from processing to shipping was very fast. Everything that was described on the inspection form is in the box. I was expecting it to have issues and though there is some minor scratches on the surface, it actually fires incredibly reliably. Ended up saving more than 150. Thanks Bob.

A great place to go! I only choose to by my airsoft guns here. Good service, also friendly guys, I really love the tactical AK74U, which was highly recommend by them. You can just go there and tell them what kind of guns you need, they will always be pleasure to help you find one.
I had a great experience shopping with Mach 1 Airsoft. Their staff is extremely helpful and Sunny really took the time to answer all my questions and explain the benefits and disadvantages between several types of platforms across several price points. There are a lot to choose from but I eventually settled on a more expensive model with great features and ease of care. They were also fully stocked with the required safety gear and they helped me sort all of that too. I finished my shopping experience in just over 90 minutes. The rifle required modifying springs to get the the fps down to less than 380; they fixed it. He ran through the basics of maintaining my batteries and how to load the magazine as well as how to use my key mod rail. These guys live this stuff and I felt in very good hands. A very pleasant shopping experience and I definitely hope to return for my next rifle some time next year.... My birthday is in May.... soo......We will see. Great guys, Ken, Sunny, and Rich. Great store with an outstanding staff - Rich the store manager especially is a gift. Prices are fair, and shipping is incredibly fast. I've been a customer for a few years, and have never left with a sour experience. I highly recommend coming here whether you're new or experienced - you'll be taken care of.

Wow Absolutely Incredible Staff ! My son , daughter , myself all treated fantastic. So friendly , honest, very professional and its not about what you spend ! The knowledge and service here is top notch ! In store or online we have done both , they are extremely organized , helpful , respectful, definitely going back. They will look after you ! how lazy can u get? worst customer service ever. they lie to your face! ....Terrible return policy too! wow had to argue for like an hour and I didn't get all the money back!. Never will i spend a cent in there ever again.. Huge losers - oh to your reply - stop lying. 20% restocking fee my rear end....you're just gonna put that junk back on the shelf! you sold me a display model and dint even tell me and it locked up often. the guy tells me the gun is known to jam AFTER I BRING IT BACK! and still tries to take 20%... i went to airsoft depot and the store was actually inviting inside. people were helpful. the customer was not a nuisance over there....you're weird.
I've read many of the reviews here but I have to say you will get an absolutely 5 star treatment at this venue. The representative Sunny spent an hour and half to 2 hours with me to ensure I was getting what I needed while looking good with my gear, not the most expensive but definitely something for a good bang for your buck. Kenny is super awesome and will work to the end of the world to ensure he finds a solution for you and the owner Rich is super knowledgable about tactics and all the products. All in all this store is great and has my number one vote. I've already been back twice! THANKS GUYS!!
