So because my credit isn’t great I couldn’t get accepted for any payment options through this place. I have ran out of propane and called for an emergency delivery and they declined me delivery even though I can pay the delivery driver cash when they arrived. I was told I am to wait until morning in my freezing cold house to drive to the office to make a payment and then wait more for someone to come deliver me propane when they can get to it . The way these guys run this place is horrible. The ladies at the front desk are always rude I have not once had a good experience with this company. So sad

I have had automatic delivery for 4 years with MacEwen and I have never run out. Great service.
MacEwen suspends service for non-payment on accounts over 30 days during the winter months - this company is not recommended. I have confirmed that payments have been made but they now want proof. I have always paid my bill in full but now I am considered a bad customer?
Not happy ,I called Monday jan 14 to say I need top up ,I recived a call saying to leave all my outside lights on as they will be threw these hrs of the night the next day, wich I did to find out they never came,called again was told today or tomorrow it is now fri jan 18 , I just called again to be told I will be done sat jan 19 , my name will be highlighted and she will talk to driver,if you knew it was sat why not pick up the phone and call after I've called twice threw the week, terrible service not happy at all
