I have been a fan of Mac products for many years. Having visited a couple different locations, St. Vital Mac has always been the friendliest, most accommodating, helpful employees that go beyond expected customer service and I will always drive out of my way to go to that location. Having used the "curb side" process recently, it should be noted that "Laura and Lindsay" of the St. Vital location were exceptional in assisting over the phone. Excellent management and hiring of staff of this location for years! Thank you :)

I have been shopping at this location for a couple of years and I have always received truly great service. Everyone I have ever interacted with has displayed an obvious love of makeup and willingness to help. Shoutout to Lindsay, who has gone so far above and beyond great service so many times. The store is always clean and welcoming. I'm a longtime customer for sure!

Popped in the mac counter at st vital mall today and had such a wonderful experience! Went in looking for some products to try and do my own makeup for my best friends wedding that Is coming up and ended up with so much help from Lindsay K. She went above and beyond and gave me tips and tricks to make the look stand out in photos that were within my comfort zone. Will most certainly be back and recommend to others!
The WORST customer service experience EVER at the St. Vital location (workers AND manager). They make the exchange so difficult for no reason! Their faces are sour and the manager does not know how to properly conduct herself why dealing with a complaint....because of their mess up! I will never buy their products again!
The main highlight of this place is the awesome staff! They are very patient and extremely helpful.! You just tell them what you want (even if you are not sure about something ) they take time to make you comfortable and make you happy for every penny you spent!!!
This is the only Mac store I will go to in the city. Avoid the Bay ones if possible. The staff at the standalone store are incredible. They are friendly and helpful. Plus they are amazing at makeup.
