Thank you Annie Choi, one of the store managers, for her exceptional customer service. I was trying to return some items for my wife at the store. It wasn't working initially due to system glitch. Anna had been very patient helping me out to get it resolved and refunded by working with the help desk over the phone. I was impressed with her professional attitude even though she had a cold and was not feeling well. 5 stars, period.

I went in on a weekday so it was fairly quiet, but the manager there was really helpful in finding a concealer for me, applying it, and making sure the color matched. I will definitely return.
