I would highly recommend M2 Tile & Stone. The store is not only easy to navigate with a beautiful layout but the staff there are also extremely professional and friendly. A design consultant who works there named Sarah asked me if I needed any help and I was impressed at how easily she was able to piece my vision together. She gave a number of options of tiles and grout colours until I found exactly what I liked. Other things I really like about M2 Tile & Stone are that the phone is always answered and emails were returned promptly. Another nice thing is that their samples are nicely pasted onto thick card stock with all the information about the tile and their store contact information. I noticed all of these things because I have spent months in and out of tile stores often walking out because of the chaos of the layout, a lack of variety and more often than not poor customer service and overall lack of professionalism of the staff in the store. M2 Tile & Stone exceeded all of my expectations.

when we walked into m2 tile, all we had was the shelf from a vanity we had just purchased for the bathroom we were building. we really had no idea what we wanted to do with the design other than to build on the colour of the vanity. when we entered the store, we were greeted almost immediately by elena who took over from there. she showed us all kinds of different combinations of tiles that could work and offered incredible advice to help us design our bathroom. in the end, she designed a space that we absolutely love. m2 took care of all of our needs, floor tile, shower floor and wall, curb threshold, tile edging and grout. we also purchased our chrome wall niche from m2. their showroom is beautiful, the quality and selection of their tiles is beyond compare and their prices are competitive, but what most impressed us is the expertise of their friendly staff and their excellent customer service. i highly recommend visiting m2 if you are planning a renovation. you won't be disappointed.
We came to M2 on a referral to go see Christine, and she did not disappoint! Having gone to other tile showrooms before, as we are outfitting 2 new builds, nothing compared to our visit at M2. Christine helped us bring our vision to life. After letting her know what palette we were going after for each build. You could just tell she cared about the outcome of the finish product. She is super knowledgeable and very diligent to respect our budget and needs. She knows her showroom inside and out, and is super responsive to trying to obtain a specific look without having to break the bank. In less then 2 hours we had a list of tiles and the orientation for install spec'd out! Great customer service, attention to detail, and awesome selection of products ! Doing business through the pandemic is challenging. Planning for materials to build a house requires patience and a lot of time to pick the right materials for the spaces. Christine Moura of M2 was a pleasure to deal with. She was very patient with us through the whole process. She called me back quickly when I left a message. AAA customer service. When I called the receptionist was always pleasant and willing to help. M2 has a large showroom and I am certain you will find the material that work for your project.
Great showroom with tons of options and friendly staff! We weren’t sure which tile to choose, but they showed us a few options and recommended an amazing extra long tile with texture and we are so happy we used it- looks great! The detail in the design makes it look so similar to hardwood, we didn’t see the same tile anywhere else. We also chose a white tile with a brown vein to match the brown hardwood upstairs & a funky mosaic to complete the laundry room- love it! Would highly recommend M2
