While they have a large selection at certain times of year, the staff here is not very helpful. Every time I have a question, they are unable to answer it. Often I find myself waiting 10 or more Minutes as people try figuring out what I’m asking for. For example, they did not know what a boxwood topiary was. They also did not know what a boxwood tree standard was. They also did not know what a plant pot and saucer was. The woman just mouthed it back to me and said “saucer? Saw...ser...sorry what does that mean?” They also don’t know what a planter is. I asked if they had any outdoor planters and they said “uhhh sorry a planter? For me a planter is something you put plants in. You can plant plants inside. Right?” They also don’t know what cement means. I’ve gone to many other garden centres and nurseries over the years and have never experienced anything like it. While they have nice plants, it is never a pleasurable experience.

Great selection of everything you need for gardening: flowers, trees, vegetables, garden decorations and great advices if you ask the right person (the owner's named Florence and she knows hell of a thing about plants, ask her anything and become expert gardener)
