We find Lux Windows to be a superior product and are extremely happy with not only the product but the customer service they give their clients. The staff at Lux were professional and reliable in keeping our scheduled meeting times as we worked together to select our windows making sure we were not only satisfied with the product but with the overall esthetics of our home. During the process of replacing all our windows, Todd the sales representative, visited our home and discussed what we would like and what our final expectations where. Todd had us attend their showroom to review the materials, products and final appearance of the windows prior to accepting the order making sure we were to be happy with the final product. After this they had Steve, the installer, come out to perform the final measures on the windows and discuss with us what he interpreted to be our expectations. Steve even made a 2 trip as we had additional questions prior to the confirmed installation date. On the agreed date Steve showed up with an assistant and performed the work in the time promised. During the installation they kept the work areas clean and free of debris. They completed each window one at a time so as not to have any incomplete work. They took the time to show us the process and details of the installation. Upon completion the house was left clean and tidy as promised. As a result of our experiences, we would hire and or recommend Lux Window and Doors to complete work in the future.

We were replacing two exterior doors and wanted something more unique for the entry door and after getting some quotes from different suppliers we went with Lux. From our first visit to the showroom all the people we have dealt with have been great and provided a lot of good information with no pressure. We were very impressed with the quality of their products. We were concerned about the installation process as we have had friends with some issues with other window and door companies, Todd assured us the installers Lux has were a select few and maintain a high standard. Steve and Morgan who came to do the install were top notch and performed a quality installation. Steve also came to the house after our choices were made with Todd to verify measurements and make sure the products would fit properly. Our sale rep Todd was excellent to deal with and when one door was not delivered as ordered Holly was prompt in getting the correct one reordered and delivered quickly. Everyone who sees the new front door thinks the colour and style are fantastic and gives the house a updated look. We would highly recommend Lux windows and doors.
Had a manufacturing issue with one of the windows in my order. Took some time, but the incorrect glass installation from manufacturing was resolved in less than an hour on-site. The installers were very courteous and professional, and when I arrived on site, I found them cleaning my windows while they were waiting. Very impressed! I will be calling Lux in Edmonton when we’re are ready to replace the remaining windows in our home.
Very pleased with the work we got done, never thought I would say this but; they are very nice windows!!! Would recommend for sure.
