Twice now I shopped here that I've been followed nonstop. I know it is their job because I worked as a seasonal staff at the other mall but I am Black and Deaf. It seriously does not feel good to turn around to see a staff following and staring at me. Please be conscious of wether a customer need or want any assistance. I now prefer to drive 30 minutes to the other mall just to avoid this section.

Love the bath bombs. All products are wonderful and the Boom tooth tabs have became my new favorite product...keeps my teeth very white!
Amazing Customer service. My husband and I visited LUSH today. The ladies were very nice. Maintained the right number of people in the store. There was not enough room left for my husband and I but because we know what we wanted to buy, they helped us by the door. It was quick. Probably took less than 10min. Lastly, when i asked for a sample, they ladies were so kind to give me some. They were friendly. You guys made my little girl happy with the free sample. Perfect.
I love coming to this lush location! The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about each product. And who doesn't love a awesome smelling bath bomb?....and they make great gifts! I LOVE lush!

Very friendly staff who were following COVID protocols perfectly. Little hand soaps to use as an option to sanitizer, nice touch. The shelves were stocked with everything we needed.
Very happy with the way they handled the restrictions. Felt very pampered with an almost personal shopping experience.
Wow, your staff are very pretentious! You work at a mall selling soap... get off your high horse. Your soap stained my finger tips with yellow dye and you need to use a ton of the hair product to have any effect... which really isn't economical considering how expensive the products are. Won't be back.
