The two gals on staff were EXCELLENT! Given the line up and amount of time and service people require due to covid restrictions they did such an amazing job! To the manager... please put another body in there. Though I in NO WAY felt rushed, I did feel bad occupying so much time with the clerk taking away from other people. These two people were thorough, friendly and really understand customer service, and adapting to unique and challenging situations. Great products and fantastic experience!
Terrible experience with their products and customer service. I had an adverse reaction to one of their products and because I was the only reported case and because I'm not a female, my situation was thrown out and I was dismissed to deal with the reaction myself. This is unexcusable behaviour, I may not be the largest target audience, that doesn't mean I get treated with less respect or importance. SHAME on you LUSH.

I went in there on the 12th and was immediately greeted kindly by the worker Andi. They helped me much needed products, was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and kind! Will absolutely be back.
All the workers were so kind and I found the place great. They responded to the pandemic properly and the rules they had in place to keep everyone safe were perfect. I love Lush.
