For a home renovation beginner, the staff here made my experience great and I left feeling confident I could get the job done. Everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and offer genuine unbiased advice about the types of materials and tools to use. The prices and selection are around market average, but having such a positive customer service experience will make me choose and recommend them over other other big store chains. Thank you!

I went to Lumber Liquidators to have a new floor installed for our clinic space. I worked with Bubba who guided me through the whole process, from picking out materials to installation. He listened to my needs and delivered amazing customer service quickly and at a reasonable price. The installation was done on time and it looks amazing. My wife and I came in after shopping the other flooring stores in the plaza. We believe in giving props where deserved. Jeff came over and started chatting with us about our rentals. He seemed to really care about what we were telling him and directed us to the right products.We did not feel like we were being ''sold'' like we had been in the other flooring stores in the area. With all the options out there its hard to find a guy to deal with that is a straight shooter and easy to deal with. We found out last night that he is leaving...just when we found our ''flooring guy'' They really need to hold on to this guy. Lumber Liquidators had great prices and service.
