I had bought a couple pairs of pants because the fit was fantastic. Both pants started to have problems along the same seam. The staff and particularly the manager were extremely helpful and actually made returning the pants and getting new ones enjoyable.

My boyfriend went to ask about exchanging my pants for me as they were ripped in the seam and after her somewhat helping him she told him it would be better if I came in so it was less of a hassle for him. After I went to the store to talk to them, she proceeded to tell me you can’t exchange one style of pant for a different one which is weird because I’ve done it at different locations with no problem at all. I left with nothing as I didn’t like the new pair of pants that were mandatory to get if I wanted an exchange and she didn’t really seem to want to give me any other options to help me with my problem. I will no longer be shopping at this location.

Went to the store today and was so impressed with the way they are handling the capacity restrictions and with the service. I went to inquire about an exchange and even though I was on the wait list to go in the lady out at the desk helped me with everything right there and I didn't even have to go into the store to do it. She brought out all my new clothes and because I bought another item, processed everything right there. 5 stars to lulu grande prairie and their staff!

I was in there yesterday and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. With COVID changing how we shop and live, I found that the protocols they have in place made me feel safe and secure. Lululemon really cares about not only about their employees, but also their customers. I highly recommend this location for your shopping needs!
