For a high end clothing brand this is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They shipped a package to me, didn’t include enough information about the item in order for it to clear customs, so it’s just sitting there. When I reached out to Lululemon and gave them the info, they basically said that I need to contact FedEx myself to resolve the issue. HAHA! So I filed a chargeback on my card and now the leggings will sit at the port until Lululemon decides to resolve the issue they created to begin with.

Purchased 2 pair of leggings using a gift card and returned the very next day to exchange for a different size. They received my items more than 3 weeks ago and have sent me multiple emails saying it can take up to a month to get your money, or credit back?!! Amazon needs to train this company on their customer service skills... THE WORST I have ever dealt with. I have spent thousands of dollars buying their clothes but they lost a good customer … DONE.

I recently received an email from lululemon regarding my online account that there had been suspicious activity. I changed my password and realized my gift card balance was 0 when before it had 75. I contacted the educators at lululemon and was told the resolution team would follow up with me in 4 business days which they did not. I then followed up again and asked for further assistance. I was then transferred to several other educators before someone finally helped me and informed me that someone in Texas had used my gift card towards their purchase (I live in Edmonton, AB). She then proceeded to tell me that she could not guarantee a refunded gift card. I still have not received proper help, or a solution to the problem and the service that I have been provided with has been extremely disappointing and not something I would have expected from Lululemon. I believe Lululemon has poor security systems and obviously this is a common problem and that their delayed tactics is intended to prevent my refund. I recommend that nobody buys their gift cards, if I am unable to receive proper assistance.

Abysmal customer service. I first started buying Lululemon about a year ago. At first it was fine, I felt like I got prompt responses when I need to do returns or exchanges. Over the last six months their customer service has absolutely tanked. I realize that there is a pandemic going on but this seems unrelated. For example, the last 4 items I’ve tried to return I never got a shipping label. When I finally got an email (after reaching out to customer service) it was blank/wouldn’t download. They then stated that they would send me another and the return authorization slip. I got the labels, no slip. Then needed to contact them again. Then I requested an email gift card instead of a mail gift card. Was told they cannot do that (even though 6 months ago that was the procedure). Still haven’t gotten the gift card for one return that was initiated almost 2 months ago and have been trying to mail back another item for a month. This is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. First of all “final sale only” on their we made too much items isn’t realistic when the physical stores are closed. Second, this stuff is still expensive and I expect good service. I’ve never had issues like this with UnderArmour or Nike or ASICS. Just Lululemon. In addition, I wrote a review on one of their leggings and I explained that while their items are “guaranteed”, they are so hard to deal with when you need to return something that it isn’t worth it to depend on their guarantee.... THEY EMAILED ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT POST MY REVIEW BECAUSE IT INCLUDED INFORMATION NOT PERTAINING TO THE ITEM ITSELF! I WILL NOT buy Lululemon again. I will also share my experiences with anyone I can because they shouldn’t be in business.
