What does one hope for when buying from small business owners?! That feeling that you know them & vice-versa, they are down-to-earth, value you, attentive, caring and going above-&-beyond to assist. That's my experience with Vivian; it's like communicating with a close friend. She genuinely appreciates the customer and their business. Very hard to get 'that' in a big box store. This store gave me the most excellent service when I had an issue with a handbag I ordered for a Christmas gift. It came with the security tag still inside. These are the tags that you can't try to remove without damaging the item. The customer service agent Vincy was very apologetic and polite and also very responsive from when I sent the initial email to the company. He helped to resolve the issue within a week with them sending a shipping label to pack the item and sending the courrier to the door for pickup while still sending a new handbag. They have great items and I will return to look for things I want from this company, based on this great experience they are the place to go if you want luggage or handbags, you will receive great assistance!!
