Little shop - more graphic novels than comics. Found some gems I hadn't been able to find previously. Staff was friendly and helpful but not particularly knowledgeable (I got help from a kid that frequents the shop). Will likely return.
The reason why \Hole in the wall\ shops have such a glowing reputation is exactly because of places like Lucky's. This place is easy to skip or miss. Do yourself a favor and don't! I never regret stopping in.
I literally walked for 2 hours round trip to buy things from Lucky's when I live a block from an Indigo. Lucky's staff are passionate and wonderful and sweet and their suggestions and stock are second to none in the city. In Vancouver this is the home of the diversity and beauty that comics are.
Manga is very diverse and kind service.
