There's no direct line, even 911 cannot call and end up calling out to a nearby station, big delay... March 11/17 I called twice re smoke in my house, my daughter called, a by law officer called... the fire department did not attend, the fire chief wrote a statement that it was not my neighbors burning garbage that day... I complained of smoke in my home, unknown source... fire smoldered between floors and melted wiring and plumbing, turned joists and floor board to charcoal... yet the fire department will not respond to my inquiry as to why they write a statement for their friend but did not respond to a fire call.
