With everything going on in the world right now, we depend on our essential resources. In the last month I have not been able to wake up and have coffee in my own home because of sour cream, weeks before the expiry date. I have been disappointed three times by Lucerne cream bought at Sobeys. I purchase the 10% creamer, get them home, pour a coffee and cream...chunky! It is frustrating to take it back and return it to the store because we have to stand in those long line ups. I am not a happy person. I have tried calling Lucerne to make a formal complaint.

2 coffee cream cartons went bad 5 days before the expire date. No point to buy the products if I'm just throwing them away.

The new sealing tabs on your four litre milks are so tight, that I as a relatively strong man cannot open them. Anybody with any disability could certainly not open them. Why, after decades of them not being required, are they now being used?

Why dose the milk from Lucerne never last to the expiry date ? I have had 3 single liter jugs go sour 10 days before the expiry date ,and one sour 5 days before expiry date . Even when I get a fresh jug it has a sour smell I wish I could give Lucerne 0 stars .

Just bought a 4L jug of Skim Milk at Sobey's. Got home and went to unpack the grocery bag and discovered that Milk was all over everything. The lid wasn't on the jug properly (on a slant) and the milk spilled during transport. Not very happy.
