Hi All, This company is very poor in communication and costumer service. We wanted to purchase an elevator from this company and they gave us a structural drawings to implement at site. Once everything is done we sent so many emails and left voice messages for them to come at least for one site visit to make sure we are not missing anything. After waiting for almost 5 months and so many follow ups we changed the elevator company. Now for the new elevator company the structure has to be adjusted to accommodate their system which left us with spending a lot of money and time over it. This.company should understand that peoples’s time and money is valuable and not to treat people that way. I hope one day they wake up and realize Every single business’s asset are the costumers. I will never, never ever recommend this company and will go to reputable companies who at least they reply back the emails and phone calla!! Such a shame we have still such a companies around in this tough time.
