Some bus drivers are new. Some of the newer bus drivers are not as friendly or polite as the older bus drivers. They also don't know what they're doing, which means they think they can take off on people or drive right past them when said people are not wearing orange, standing ram rod straight, and right up against the bus stop sign. But this is not true of everyone. Overall, many of the new bus drivers, and certainly most or all of the bus drivers who have been around longer than others have been decent and thoughtful. This is a day and age where good customer service and human relations are rare, so I am always pleased when someone goes the extra mile. People who ride the bus should be considerate of the driver. Some of them are some of my favourite people.

Driver simply said there was lots of traffic when I asked why he was so late. Shrugged when I said I was waiting for half an hour. Always rude. People rely on this service to get to work, have a little respect for your customers.
The amount of bus drivers that are NEVER on time and drive away when there's clearly someone running up to the bus is NOT ok. I'm tired of either being 20 minutes early or 5 minutes late because your bus drivers can't tell time, or are in too much of a hurry to just go sit at a different stop. Fix your bus times.

Not a review for the office! I’m thankful that LTC continued its bus service even through theses times, however some of your bus drivers are rude and drive way too rough or don’t stop at the stop, this once a bus driver was driving so fast that when I requested for a stop, he had to drop me at the next stop because he was going too fast, and it’s not just this instance there’s many. So many times the 9 bus didn’t stop at the bus stop because another bus was there? So just because another bus came I have to take that even if that’s not the way I want to go? Then some of their buses are too old and are not properly maintained. I understand that you as a business had to start charging for fares again but atleast you could’ve made a rule that the ticket would be valid for the whole day instead of 1nhalf hour since the bus is going to go to the next stop either way, might as well let the person whose ticket expired two hours ago ride.
