An employee named Trevor really helped my mum out today! There was a Christmas display that was showcasing the last of some Christmas village stock. He let us know he could fish out the ones on display, which was not easy given the plexiglass covering around the display. He was extremely patient as she picked out which piece she wanted, he double checked what each price tag included to make sure she didn't miss any pieces, and was extremely careful with the figures. She hasn't stopped smiling since she added them to her Christmas village at home, and keeps sending pictures of them to our extended family and telling them how nice he was. Thanks so much for your help today Trevor! It's been a rough year, and small things like this really make a difference for her.

Lowe's has better deals than any of the building supplies stores in the market. My husband often visited here for his materials and tools. Service here is incredible. They always have everything in stock. You will not have to go anywhere else for what you need when you visit here. Easy to order. Order filled within a few hours. Pick up takes 10 minutes or so. Drive up call give your info and wait bring your photo ID.
The Lowe's staff is extremely knowledgeable in their sections (i.e. Building Supplies). They know where every item can be located, they offer great advice, and the staff are always available and very friendly. If by chance you cannot find an item, and it turns out it's not in Building Supplies, then that same associate knows where in the store that item is located, and many times they will walk you there. That's what I call Superior Customer Service!!
