A quality store with all of your needs conveniently located. Coming from out of town, it was unfortunate one staff member was not appropriate with his answers and statements. I had called earlier asking to view some flooring. He advised it was ok to do and after driving an hour the same employee whom I had been speaking with told me I could not do what he said I could do on the phone. The comments made during the conversation were unprofessional, inappropriate, unwelcomed and unacceptable. Further customer service training needs to be completed. Other staff members were accommodating and professional. #localguides
Recently, my husband and I bought a washer and dryer from Lowes in Sarnia. The salesman was Andrew, in Appliances. We could not believe what great service we got from Andrew. He was very good explaining every bit of information concerning the washer and dryer. Any questions we had, he answered. He was well-informed and really knew his products. Employees like Andrew are hard to find. We are grateful for his service. Thank you.
Deni in appliances was knowledgeable and so helpful. He was just a pleasure to deal with. We were desperate for a fridge and got exactly what we wanted. Cashiers were also very nice. The fridge was loaded on our truck quickly by efficient friendly staff. A big thank you to all. 5 star customer service experience.
We bought some window shades on Tuesday, came back on Thursday to buy two more. On Friday, we bought yet another one and discovered that there was 10% off those shades if you bought them on Friday and Saturday. A very kind manager allowed us the 10% on the shades we bought earlier in the week. A very knowledgeable employee had helped us pick the right kind on Tuesday, and another very kind employee helped us on Friday.
