We have changed three windows in this company. The installation was done were very cleanly and with high quality. But we were very disappointed with the sliding windows. We have ordered triple pane windows. I showed the person taking the order another triple pane window that we had installed by Beverley Hills and asked if theirs would look the same. He said, “Yes, of course.” But instead, they just took regular double pane windows and inserted a third piece of glass between the other two. It was very unprofessional. This third piece of glass only worsens the window insulation, and we paid like for a real triple pane. The company admitted that the windows were made with the wrong technology, but refused to somehow resolve this issue. They told us that they are learning. We had to replace our 35 year old bay window that was deteriorating as a result of water entry and a bad case of carpenter ants. We obtained several estimates but chose Louwes based on the presentation by sales person Brian, very knowledgeable and provided a no nonsense estimate and follow up. Also impressed by the office staff who knew the products and were very helpful. When it came time to install the window, which was the coldest day so far this winter it was Dan and Dustin who embraced the cold and worked a full day to finish the job. Can’t say enough about their excellent workmanship and they kept us informed about the install. No doubt who we will call for our next replacement.

This place is so dependable if i call them with a problem they are there to help .... they will give a option on what they think is best and different choices over a great company to deal with
The windows look phenomenal and the installers were courteous, neat, and fast. We really appreciated Brian's advice when it came to the windows in the living room; we now have a great view of both the front and back yard. The finish work on the outside puts the rest of our trim to shame.
